Clients of CCH's online subscription services are now be able to access these services directly from the Electronic File in LEAP.

As you work you can click straight into the relevant section of your CCH subscription service without username and password authentication (it is stored in LEAP) to quickly and conveniently conduct your research. You can then save relevant research to the matter thereby having your research materials readily available and creating an audit trail of your research activities.

SUPPORT AGREEMENT

Due to the more serious nature of dealing with firm accounts and in particular a trust account, we have developed an intensive training program that must be completed by a staff member of the firm prior to installation of the system.

The training program should be completed by a staff member with accounting experience as it is designed to teach usage of the program and not principles of accounting in general. If the staff member to be trained does not have sufficient accounting experience then they will be required to undertake additional training to cover general accounting matters.
